What is a Gift Card?
The Gift Card is a convenient, thoughtful, easy to purchase/redeem card that you buy at any Coffee Culture Café & Eatery, Crabby Joe’s Tap & Grill or Union Burger. It can be used at these restaurants for the purchase of foods, drinks, retail merchandise, etc.

How do I use a Gift Card?
Each time you use the card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining, the card will be returned to you, ready for your next visit. Once the card has been fully redeemed, you can reload it at any convenient Coffee Culture Café & Eatery, Crabby Joe’s Tap & Grill or Union Burger location.

The Gift Card can be used in the restaurant dining room, the bar area and for take-out.

Where can I use my Gift Card?
The Gift Card can be used at any Coffee Culture Café & Eatery, Crabby Joe’s Tap & Grill or Uninon Burger locations in Ontario.

How can I obtain my Gift Card?
Visit your nearest Coffee Culture Café & Eatery, Crabby Joe’s Tap & Grill or Union Burger locations and ask any one of our helpful staff for a card.

Does my Gift Card expire?
No, our Gift Cards don’t expire.

Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
No, there are no charges or fees associated with Gift Cards.

Are Gift Cards re-loadable?
Yes, all Gift Cards are re-loadable.

How do I reload my Gift Card?
When your balance is depleted, simply present your card to any Coffee Culture, Crabby Joe’s or Union Burger staff member and ask to reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose.
Reloading works just like purchasing a new card, except that any balance you had remaining on your card will be added to the new amount loaded, and your new balance will be the combined total.

What happens if I don't have enough money on my Gift Card to pay for my meal?
The amount on your Gift Card can be put towards your purchase and then pay for the rest by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by debit where accepted.

Can my Gift Card be used as a credit card?
No, your Gift Card cannot be used as a credit card. That means that there can never be a negative balance on your Gift Card.

What happens if my meal doesn't add up to the amount on my card?
The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on your Gift Card and the Card will be returned to you so you can use it again next time.

What happens if I forget my Gift Card's balance?
Any staff member can check your balance in the restaurant. Or log on to www.coffeeculture.ca or www.crabbyjoes.com and use the ‘Check your Balance’ feature on the website.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?
Gift Cards should be protected like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I purchase large quantities of Gift Cards for my company or group?
